At Fluxenna the name or photo are part of the lamp's structure from the moment it is manufactured: 3D printing integrates the design into the piece, it does not place it on top. That is what shows in the final result.
Personalized products made to order are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under European e-commerce regulations (article 16.c of Directive 2011/83/EU), since they have been produced with the buyer's specifications and cannot be resold.
