The Double Stroke place card marks each guest's seat with their name written twice: in block letters and, crossing them, in handwritten script. It stands on its own on the plate or next to the glass, and at the end of the celebration each guest takes it home.
Design and detail
The back layer has thick-stroke capitals with rounded corners, a friendly softness that works as well at a wedding as at a christening. In front, a continuous line runs across the piece from side to side and repeats the name in fine handwriting. The contrast between the two weights creates depth and casts its own shadow on the table linen.

How to style it
On a raw linen tablecloth with white china, it suits Mediterranean or wabi-sabi settings, especially in caramel or terracotta. In bone white or stone grey, it complements Nordic and minimalist weddings; in sage green or night blue, more formal evening receptions. Place it on the plate, on the folded napkin or resting against the glass: it organises the table without competing with the floral centrepiece.

Type any name you like and choose from more than 50 fonts for the script layer; the capitals at the back always keep the same font. Available in more than 20 colours and four widths, so you can order as many as you have guests.
