The Acento wedding place card marks each guest's seat with their name cut out in a single piece: classic-stroke capitals with a calligraphy signature running across them from side to side. It is a table detail that ties in with the wedding stationery, and each guest takes it home as a keepsake.
Design and detail
The capitals play on the contrast between thick and thin strokes, with pronounced serifs that support the piece and give it an editorial feel. The calligraphy crosses the name on the same plane, with no stacked layers, and the gaps between the letters let the tablecloth show through. In window light, the place card casts a cut-out shadow that draws the name on the table.
Features
- Single-plane cut-out piece: capitals and calligraphy merged into the same profile.
- Slim profile that stands upright on the letter serifs, with no stand.
- Single colour: the whole piece comes in the colour you choose.
- Four widths, from 5 to 15 cm, and heat resistance in use up to 55 °C.
How to style it
In mustard yellow on a natural linen tablecloth with handmade tableware, it creates a warm Mediterranean table, perfect for a lunchtime reception. In bone white or stone grey it suits minimalist and Nordic weddings; in night blue or sage green it looks more formal for evening dinners. Place it next to the printed menu or on the plate: the calligraphy stroke links visually with the invitations and the seating plan.
Personalisation
Type the name and choose from more than 50 fonts for the calligraphy signature; the capitals always keep the same typeface. Available in more than 20 colours and four widths, so you can order as many place cards as there are guests at the table.
Each place card is made to order in about 24 h and delivered in 3-5 days, so it is worth finalising the guest list well ahead of the wedding date.
Frequently asked questions
Can I combine two colours?
No. The place card is single-colour: the name and the calligraphy always come in the same shade, which is what gives it its clean stationery look.
Which width should I choose?
8 to 12 cm is the comfortable size for an individual plate. 5 cm works for short names and busy table settings; 15 cm suits the top table.
Can I order a different name on each place card?
Yes. Each place card is personalised separately, so the whole guest list fits in a single order.
At Fluxenna, quality is non-negotiable. That is why we work to a rigorous workflow:

- Transparent Logistics: Once production is finished, your order will be shipped immediately. You can check the specific delivery times and costs for your location directly in the checkout process before completing your order
