Why put their name on their bedroom door?

How to choose a bedroom door name sign

1. Size to suit the name. There are four widths: 15, 20, 25 and 30 cm. For short names, 15 or 20 cm is enough; for long or double-barrelled names, choose 25 or 30 cm so it reads well from the hallway. There's no letter limit.
2. Colours to suit the door. On a white door, go for a coloured plaque and a light name (olive and cream, navy blue and yellow). On a coloured door, a light plaque and a dark name. You choose both separately from 25 shades.
3. Letter style. Eight fonts, from rounded and playful to calligraphic, for a door sign that's sweeter or more elegant.
4. Hanging and height. Use cord if you want to remove it without leaving a mark; adhesive if the door opens and closes a lot. For a child, hang it at their eye level (about 110 cm from the floor); for a baby, at adult height.
