Kids' decorative letters with bold strokes and rounded corners, with no points or sharp angles. The profile is continuous and the capitals keep the same thickness from top to bottom. On the wall they stand out just enough to cast a fine shadow beneath each letter. In bone white they barely contrast with the wall, and the name is read mainly through that relief.
Material: plant-based PLA
We make the kids' letters from PLA (polylactic acid), a biopolymer that does not come from petroleum but from renewable plant sources such as maize or sugar cane. Unlike conventional plastics, PLA is compostable in industrial composting facilities (not in a home compost bin), which gives it a more responsible life cycle.
We combine it with natural materials sourced from recycled waste. This gives those materials a new use and gives each finish its own character. Made to order, with no overproduction.
