Personalised letter made up of a bold capital initial with the full name running across the front in joined-up script. The name is not stuck on top: it is part of the same piece, on a raised layer above the body of the initial. It comes in a second colour, usually lighter, so you read two things at once: the initial from a distance and the name up close. The base is wide and flat, so the letter stands without a stand.
Material: plant-based PLA
We make this personalised letter from PLA (polylactic acid), a biopolymer that does not come from petroleum but from renewable plant sources such as maize or sugar cane. Unlike conventional plastics, PLA is compostable in industrial composting facilities (not in a home compost bin), which gives it a more responsible life cycle.
We combine it with natural materials sourced from recycled waste. This gives those materials a new use and gives each finish its own character. Made to order, with no overproduction.

Where it works and how it looks
Standing on a chest of drawers, a shelf or the floor next to the cot, in Nordic or Japandi interiors. It goes well with light-coloured shelving, cotton textiles and neutral colours. At 30 cm it works as the centrepiece of the wall; at 10 cm it sits alongside other objects on the shelf.
