Shipping policy

 

At Fluxenna, we operate a made-to-order manufacturing model to ensure that every piece meets our standards of precision and design.

1. Geographical Scope and Critical Exclusions

We deliver to Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, European Union countries and to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand (see section 6).

  • Territorial Exclusion: Due to customs and tax regimes that are incompatible with our current operations, shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are expressly excluded. No order destined for these territories will be processed.

2. Production Times vs. Transit Times

It is essential to distinguish between the time we need to make your idea a reality and the time the carrier takes to deliver it:

  • Standard Products: Processing and handover to the carrier within 24/48 working hours.
  • Personalised Products: These require a specific additive manufacturing process and personalisation with a name, date, etc. The production time is 24 to 72 working hours before dispatch.
  • Transit: Once the parcel leaves our premises, the estimated delivery time will depend on the selected carrier, always within the legal limit of 30 calendar days.

3. Logistics and Carriers

To ensure the integrity of our pieces, we work with the following logistics leaders:

  • Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): Services are available through Correos and Seur.
  • European Union: Shipments are handled through the DPD network (represented by Seur in Spain), with final delivery delegated to the local carrier in each destination country.

4. Rates and Free Shipping

  • Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): Correos €3.99 or SEUR 24h €4.99 on orders up to €34.99. Free shipping from €35.00.
  • Australia: standard shipping €7.99 on orders up to €74.99. Free shipping from €75.00.
  • All other destinations (European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom and New Zealand): standard shipping €7.99 on orders up to €44.99. Free shipping from €45.00.
  • Products marked “Free shipping” on their page (such as personalised letters): always shipped free, to any destination.
  • All amounts include VAT. If you pay in another currency, the amount is converted at the current exchange rate. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Taxes and Tax Transparency

  • VAT: Prices shown on the website include the applicable VAT in accordance with the One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme. The system will automatically apply the tax rate corresponding to the EU customer's country of residence.

6. Shipping outside the EU

For shipments outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand), your parcel may go through customs in the destination country, which may charge import taxes (local VAT), duties and a carrier handling fee. These charges are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.
