Shipping policy

At Fluxenna, we operate under a made-to-order manufacturing model to ensure each piece meets our standards of precision and design.

1. Geographical Scope and Critical Exclusions

We deliver exclusively to Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and European Union countries.

Territorial Exclusion: Due to customs and tax regimes incompatible with our current operations, shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is expressly excluded. No orders destined for these territories will be processed.

It is essential to distinguish between the time we need to materialise your idea and the time it takes for the carrier to deliver it:

Standard Products: Processing and handover to the carrier within 24/48 working hours.
Personalised Products: These require a specific additive manufacturing process, such as customisation with a name, date, etc. The production time is 24 to 72 working hours before dispatch.
Transit: Once the parcel leaves our facilities, the estimated delivery time will depend on the selected operator, always complying with the legal limit of 30 calendar days.

To ensure the integrity of our pieces, we work with the following logistics leaders:

Spain (Mainland and Balearics): Services are available through Correos and Seur.
European Union: Shipments are managed through the DPD network (represented by Seur in Spain), with final delivery handled by the local operator in each destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of the parcel.
Free Shipping: Orders exceeding €60.00 (including VAT) will enjoy free standard shipping (applicable only to destinations within our ordinary service area).

VAT: Prices shown on the website include the applicable VAT according to One-Stop Shop (OSS) regulations. The system will automatically apply the tax rate corresponding to the EU country of residence of the customer.
