The access and/or use of this portal attributes the status of USER, who accepts, from said access, these General Conditions of Use. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services that Fluxenna offers through its portal.

3. Use of the Portal and Responsibilities

Fluxenna provides access to information, services, and data on the Internet belonging to its owner. The user assumes responsibility for the use of the portal, undertaking not to use it for:

  1. Engaging in illegal activities or those contrary to good faith and public order.
  2. Disseminating content of a racist, xenophobic, illegal-pornographic nature, in apology of terrorism, or offensive to human rights.
  3. Causing damage to the physical and logical systems of Fluxenna, its suppliers, or third parties.

Fluxenna is not responsible for any damages that may be caused by errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

All distinctive signs, trademarks, trade names, content, structure, original designs of 3D pieces, photographs, and source codes appearing on this website are the property of Gerard Rosell (Fluxenna) or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.

The reproduction, transformation, distribution, or public communication of any element of this site is expressly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Fluxenna. Using 3D printing technology to replicate protected designs from the Fluxenna catalogue constitutes an infringement of these rights.

5. Links Policy

In the event that links to other Internet sites are provided on the website, Fluxenna shall not exercise any type of control over said sites and content. In no case shall Fluxenna assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to a third-party website.

6. Alternative Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, please be advised that the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform will cease its complaint management services on 20 July 2025. From that date, parties will be subject to national Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms.

The relationship between Fluxenna and the user shall be governed by current Spanish regulations, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, unless the law provides otherwise in the case of consumers.
