Why only 10x15 cm?
Because of proportion: the figure takes up more than twice the area of the photo. With larger photos it would be over 40 cm wide.
Is it a toy?
No. The elephant frame is a decorative piece for a shelf or chest of drawers, out of the baby's reach.
