In practical terms, the difference lies in how it is made. Fluxenna makes each piece to order in 24 hours and ships it in 3-5 working days. There is no stockpile: we make what is ordered, with no overproduction. The models measure between 20 and 40 cm in height and withstand temperatures of up to 55 °C with low-energy LED lighting.

Most "personalized" lamps on the market are generic products with an added laser engraving or a label with the name: the object does not change, only a superficial mark is applied.
At Fluxenna the name or photo are part of the lamp's structure from the moment it is manufactured: the manufacturing process integrates the design into the piece, it does not place it on top. That is what shows in the final result.
Personalized products made to order are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under European e-commerce regulations (article 16.c of Directive 2011/83/EU), since they have been produced with the buyer's specifications and cannot be resold.
The legal 2-year warranty does apply against manufacturing defects or production errors different from those the buyer has indicated. For any issue, contact the Fluxenna team with photos of the received product.
