Terms of service


1. Identification of the Owner

In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the identifying details of the party responsible are set out below:

2. Purpose and Description of the Service

Fluxenna operates as an on-demand manufacturing (ODM) platform and seller of its own designs. The service consists of producing objects by additive manufacturing (3D printing), covering two areas:

  1. Made-to-measure creation: Manufacturing based on files or specifications provided by the customer.
  2. Customisable Catalogue: Sale of exclusive Fluxenna designs with options for aesthetic or functional modification.

3. Ordering Process and Obligation to Pay

In accordance with Art. 27 of the LSSI-CE, the user will be guided through the purchase process on the website. Before confirming the order, the customer will see a summary with the final itemised price. By clicking the button to complete the purchase, the user accepts that the transaction entails an obligation to pay. Fluxenna will send an acknowledgement of receipt by email within a maximum of 24 hours.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT (21% in mainland Spain). Shipping costs will be shown separately before the contract is accepted. For intra-community sales (EU), Fluxenna will apply the One-Stop Shop scheme (OSS) when the legal threshold of €10,000 per year is exceeded.

5. Shipping and Risk Liability

Fluxenna bears all risk of damage to or loss of the product during transport until it is physically delivered to the consumer. Delivery times are estimates and Fluxenna will notify any delay exceeding 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

You have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

  • CRITICAL EXCEPTION (Art. 103.c TRLGDCU): The right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (names, texts, images, customer's own files or specific dimensions).
  • Items made in more than one part: Withdrawals and refunds are not accepted for items that, because of their size, are made in more than 1 part and assembled afterwards.
  • Refund: This will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from notification of withdrawal. Fluxenna reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the product or reliable proof of its return. The customer will bear the direct costs of return unless Fluxenna is at fault.

7. Legal Guarantee

All new products have a legal guarantee of 3 years against manufacturing defects from delivery. During the first 2 years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at origin, and the burden of proof lies with Fluxenna if it rejects a claim.

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, you are informed of the existence of the European Commission's ODR platform. Important notice: This platform will cease operating on 20 July 2025. Fluxenna recommends contacting the Consumer Arbitration Boards of Catalonia (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo de Cataluña) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

All original Fluxenna designs, as well as the website content, are protected by Intellectual Property rights. Their reproduction or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
